St. Lucia Eye Center was established in 1985 under the direction of Dr. Carlos Montoya Sr. and has since been joined by his talented and experienced son, Dr. Carlos Montoya Jr. Together Drs. Montoya have worked to make St. Lucia Eye Center one of the most popular eye clinics in the southeast areas of Los Angeles.
